Circuit Training Grab a buddy or meet one in class! This fun, yet challenging workout combines weights, plyometrics, core work and manageable cardio exercise in a circuit format. Each week will have a different set of exercises to keep you and your body guessing! All levels of fit ness welcome, modifications will be given. Bring a mat to class. Explore all aspects of functional fitness from muscular strength, endurance, coordination, and body composition. Be ginners will learn proper movement and form, while experienced students will find added strength and endurance through plyometrics. Modifications given as needed, class is appropriate for all levels. Dance Fit Add fun and excitement to your fitness routine in this fun and high-energy workout that will help you get fit while you have a blast dancing and sweating! Taught by and experienced instructor, Dance Fit combines great music and fun dance moves in a safe and effec tive class for all ages and fitness levels. This class combine low impact aerobics and toning exercises to increase flexibility and range of motion. Routines are easy to follow, with modifications given as needed making class perfect for individuals looking to start out slowly. Please bring a thick exercise mat to class.
