Pilates Pilates is structured around the stomach, hips, lower back, and buttocks - the center of the body, often called the “powerhouse.” It will help you to strengthen and tone muscles, improve posture, flexibility, and balance while creating a streamline shape. Pumped Up Strength Pumped Up Strength reinvents strength train ing based on the science of how the body moves to strengthen both muscle and connective tissue at the same time. This functionally efficient, full body workout will challenge your body by improving lean muscle mass and enhancing balance and coordination. Stretch & Flex Flexibility training can help reduce pain and stiffness, decrease stress, enhance performance and minimize wear and tear on joints. Using active and passive stretching, this class will focus on breath and tension release throughout the body. Props such as foam roll ers, straps and balls will be used to improve range of motion and help enhance daily activities.
