Yoga & Stretch Focused on slow, mindful movements and deep breathwork, this class is designed to improve flex ibility, mobility and balance while reducing stress and anxiety as well promoting relaxation and better sleep. All levels welcome. Please bring a mat to class. Yoga Flow Increase flexibility, develop strength, improve balance, and release tension through safe stretching, Vinyasa flow movements, a variety of poses, and restorative relaxation. Active Citizens Exercising Slowly and gently, stretch your muscles to feel better and have more energy. Exercise weights and videos are used in class. Wear clothes that you can move easily in. Nutrition Counseling You are what you eat…what do you want to be? Take control of your health and get the guidance you need from a Registered Dietician. Weight management, disease pre vention and control, disordered eating, and athlete nutrition are common topics. Times are flexible. Meetings can be in-person or virtual via Zoom.
