Aqua Yoga Aqua yoga is a form of yoga practiced in a pool, utiliz ing the buoyancy of the water to support the body and make poses easier, while also improving balance, flexibility, and overall well-being. You do not need to be a swimmer for this class. Class cancellations due to inclement weather will be announced through Rainout Line.
