Run Club Are you currently a runner or thinking about getting into running? This class takes the idea of a running club and incorporates various distances, paces and ad ditional exercises and stretching to help you perform your best. It will provide guidance on goal setting, strengthening and flexibility geared specifically for runners. Running Club will run outdoors but when there is unfavorable weather, class may meet inside to do a run complementing workout. Running shoes and water are a must! In this program, participants receive a weekly group workout, optional weigh-in, and Q&A with an experienced group fitness instructor.
