Lyrical-Contemporary This combination class gives dancers the opportunity to use emotion and mood of music to respond to move ment. Dancers will also work on fluidity, improvisa tion and versatility. Pre Pointe Prepare for the physical demands and responsibili ties of pointe work by doing specific strengthening exercises for your legs, ankles, and feet. Ballet Students will focus on terminology, flexibility, proper body positions and alignment through barre and center work. As students progress to intermediate, advanced and advanced teen, they will expand upon technique, refine their skills and prepare for pointe work.
