All Star Sports Soccer Skills Program This program is designed with speed and agility drills to improve each player’s game by allowing for a more powerful shot, increased range on the field, and effi cient change of directions. All basic skills of dribbling, shooting, passing, and spacing will be covered and expanded upon. Players will also learn the importance of movement away from the ball. We will focus on the proper mechanics of running pass routes, receiving, line play, taking hand offs and throwing. Basic rules and in-game know how will also be taught to prepare them for game play.
