Step-Strength-Yoga Train in three different fitness modalities for triple the benefits in one dynamic class! With 20 minutes of step, strength training, and yoga you can check cardio, strength, and a deep stretch off your list for the week.

Yin Yoga This Yin Yoga class offers relaxing poses that target the connective tissues and joints of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. Class is suitable to all levels of students through extended holds of postures as well as breath ing and meditation. Please bring a mat along with a blanket and pillow (or bolster.) Stretch and Flex Flexibility training can help reduce pain and stiffness, decrease stress, enhance performance and minimize wear and tear on joints. Using active and passive stretching, this class will focus on breath and tension release throughout the body.
