How to be: Classic Characters Each week, students will meet a legendary character from stage or story, discover who they are, and explore how to perform them. Using creative theatre exercises, mini-scenes, and guided character building, students will practice stepping into different personalities, time periods, and worlds. A great class for actors ready to stretch their imagination and acting range. In this high-energy musical theatre class, stu dents will learn songs made famous by The Muppets while exploring character voices, harmony, storytell ing through music, and playful performance style. Rising Stars: Ages 5-10 A fun introduction to theatre through games, storytelling, and short monologues. How to be Funny What makes something actually funny? In this upbeat acting and comedy class, students will learn the secrets of humor—timing, exaggeration, character, wordplay, improv, and physical comedy. Through games, sketches, and scene work, students will practice making people laugh on purpose (not just by accident!) while building confidence, creativity, and quick thinking.
