Cross-HIIT Combine the fat blasting principles of cross-training and high intensity interval training. Explore all aspects of functional fitness from muscular strength, endurance, coordination, and body composition. Be ginners will learn proper movement and form, while experienced students will find added strength and endurance through plyometrics. You will be surrounded by the soft sounds of 8 crystal bowls as the vibrations fill the room, balancing your chakras and mood. The bowls and other instruments have soothing sound to help ease stress and promote relaxation. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, bolster or pillows, and wear com fortable clothing.
