Pre Ballet - Tap Children will learn to express themselves through rou tines that combine traditional ballet and tap moves. Simple ballet movements, barre, and center work are included, while tap instruction focuses on basic steps and combinations. Tap and ballet shoes required. Jr. Hip Hop - Ballet Dancers will learn the discipline of ballet and explore the freedom and creativity of hip hop in this combo class. Each week dancers will work on both dance styles. At the end of the session, dancers have the opportunity to showcase their achievements in our 2024 Holiday Show: Santa’s Workshop! Oswego East High School Show A: Saturday, December 14 @ 3:00pm Show B: Saturday, December 14 @ 6:00pm Show C: Sunday, December 15 @ 10:30am Rehearsal will take place December 12 or 13. Specific times will be distributed in October. Please see chart for performance groups. Recital groups are subject to change based on program participation. ■ Holiday Show costume pieces are included in class fee. ■ Dance attire and class information will be sent via email before the first day of class. ■ Show information will be emailed throughout the session and will also be available on our website. Tickets are on sale November 5 at 9:00 AM for Show A and B and November 6 at 9:00 AM for show C. Tickets are not included in the class fee and will cost $12 per seat. Our show and dress rehearsal will take place at Oswego East High School.
