Open Gym

Tumbling Tots One adult per child will participate under the direction of an instructor. Basic gymnastics skills, terminology, and body positions are taught in an age-appropriate manner through play. Emphasis is placed on exploration and developing the skills neces sary to transition smoothly into our Tumbling Tykes program. Adult participants are educated on how to safely interact with their child in the gymnastics environment.
