All Star Sports Parent/Tot A great opportunity for you and your child to bond and have fun together while learning a variety of dif ferent sports. Participants will improve simple motor skills involving hand-eye coordination such as catch ing, throwing, batting, shooting, and passing. Parents will participate with their child. All Star Super Sports Jr Program This class is for the all-around athlete or for a child who wants to take a shot at different sports! Stay ac tive and work on balance, motor skills, and hand eye coordination all while learning the rules of various sports. We will focus on a new sport each class. There’s no reason to pick a sport when you can play them all! Our coaching technique will provide basic building blocks to later develop more advanced skills in the sport. All Star Sports Golf Boys and girls will participate in a number of drills and games as they learn the complicated skill of swinging a golf club. We’ll cover the rules as well as proper etiquette of the game, all with fun as our main focus. All equipment is provided. Runners will meet once a week to cover static and dynamic stretching, speed and agility work, tempo runs, and build endurance for long runs. At each class the instructor will hand out a weekly running schedule to be completed before the next class. Fee includes registration for the PrairieFest 5K Run.
