Intro to Pickleball: Adult Beginners This adult pickleball class is designed to introduce new players to the rapidly growing sport of pickleball. The session will provide a comprehensive introduction to the game, learning the rules, pickleball vocabulary, court positioning, and answering the question “What is the kitchen?” Players will develop the skills and confidence needed to enjoy pickleball recreationally. Instructor bio: A longtime Oswego resident, former Chicago Bear, Macey Brooks has 20 years of athletic coaching and instruction experience and is a certified PPR Pickleball instructor. Goals will be met through drills, analysis and games. Teachings will include: improving dinks and drops, mastering the transition, footwork, shot accuracy, ball control, hand speed and overall strategy. Spring/Summer Adult Softball Leagues Step up to the plate in our Softball Leagues! This is a double header format lasting nine weeks with a season ending tournament. Co-Ed Teams must have at least four men and four women in the field to play. Men’s Teams must have at least nine men in the field to play. (AD) ● $300 due at the time of registering ● Priority Registration for returning teams from 2024 will begin February 13 and end March 5. Registration will be open to the public on March 7. ● Remaining balance due by May 9. Dodgeball Tournament - Adult Dodge, Dip, Duck and Dive your way to victory. Bring out your team. Games will be played 6 vs. 6, with a maximum of 10 per team. Tournament format will be determined based on the number of teams. Matches will be best of three games. There are no refunds for

Adult Open Gym - Basketball On Sunday mornings, basketball players 25 and up can come out for a few pick-up games. It’s a great opportu nity to exercise and have fun too! From beginners to competitors, all are welcome! Show up and start work ing on your skills. From beginners to competitors, all are welcomed. Arrive any time between 6:30-9:00pm to participate. $5 fee when you pay online, $8 via credit card at the door. Online registration allows you to pick and pay for dates in advance. Four to six courts will be in play. Doubles teams will be formed upon entry. Players are responsible for bringing their own racket. Pickleballs will be provided for play.
