Girls Progressive Gymnastics Recreational gymnastic classes are designed to offer continual skill progression which allows them to be successful and grow in the sport. These classes will focus on skills for the uneven bars, beam, floor, and vault apparatuses. Strength, conditioning, and flex ibility activities are also included to develop the skills necessary for promotion. Registrants who do not have the skills to safely participate may be asked to move back a level. Participants should register for consecu tive sessions of their current level until evaluations are distributed in May, August and December. If you are unsure of your child’s level or it has been more than one session since your child participated, please call Brieanne at 630.554.4456 to set up an evaluation. PRIVATE OPEN GYM Did you know we rent out the gym for private parties?

Private open gyms are held on Saturdays from 2:00-3:00 pm. This hour-long rental allows 20 participants to run, jump and roll under the supervision of a gymnastic instructor. Contact Jen McFall at jmcfall@oswegolandpd.org or 630.554.4061 for pricing and available reservation dates. Jr. High Gymnastics This class is specially designed for older participants just beginning their gymnastics experience. The class will be a combination of basic technique to help with advancing and improving tumbling skills as well as strength exercises to develop muscle and stamina. Instructor recommendation required to register for Tumbling II and Tumbling III. Private Lessons Have a try-out coming up? Do you want to nail that back handspring? We can help! Private gymnastic lessons are offered for participants who would like to learn or enhance a specific gymnastic skill or event. Lessons will be tailored around individual’s abilities and goals. Gymnastic Testing Gymnastics is a progressive sport that requires consistent repetition in order to advance. All skills must be mastered to safely move to the next level. Family Open Gym Children and teens are invited to join us for some playtime in the gym! Registration accepted online, in person or by calling 630.554.1010. Space is limited, so call ahead. Children under 2 years are free but will need to call to register. No refunds once registered. Ages: 2-17 Pre-register Online: $8 per child / adults free Via phone or in person: $10 per child / adults free 10 & under must be accompanied by adult in gym. 11-17 may participate alone, but a waiver must be signed by an adult and include an emergency contact number. Sunday: April 6 – May 18 | 1:30-3:00pm Wednesday: April 16 – May 21 | 11:15am-12:45pm Friday: April 11 – May 23 | 1:00-2:30pm
