Kids Go Wild Fire Building & Cooking Kids are headed to Waa Kee Sha with a focus on safety and a respect for nature. We are going to gather our tinder, kindling, and firewood and learn how to build a campfire. After the hard work is complete, campers will end the day by making a camp fire treat. Flashlight Egg Hunt Bring your flashlights and join us for this nighttime hunt for eggs. You’ll also have the chance to win a great prize like a drones, Bluetooth speakers, cameras, and more! Each participant will go home with a candy bag. Please bring a flashlight and prize bag. The hunt will be held rain or moonshine, so be sure to dress for the weather. Playground check-in will be 7:15 -7:30pm with a 7:40pm hunt! Registration space is limited and ends on March 26. Celebrate Earth Day by putting together a sustainable DIY craft you don’t have to water. Each registration will include two jars, pressed flowers, tea lights, and twine, as well as a complementary beverage. Registration closes April 4. Earth Day Kite Fly Get ready for Earth Day and Celebrate National Kite Month with us! This free event is fun for all ages. Bring your own kite to fly or kick back and watch the pros. There will be professional demonstrations and stunts using giant kites. This event is held in conjunction with the Oswego Country Market Spring Market. After flying your kite or watching the demonstration stop by the Spring Market and shop at some of your favorite vendors. The market will be held at Prairie Point Com munity Park.
